How we use your details

When you send an enquiry through this website, MML Decor receives the details you type into the form and any photos you choose to attach.

What we use them for

Only to reply to your enquiry, plan and quote for your event and, if you book with us, to deliver it. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Why we're allowed to

You ask us to get back to you, so we process your details to take steps at your request before a possible contract, and with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

How long we keep them

If you don't go ahead, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you book, we keep event and invoice records for as long as the law requires for accounts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets one essential cookie, used only to show your name on the thank-you page after you send an enquiry. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
